Clarity – Tell us what your project is, and what skills you’re looking for. Tell us your budget, and your timescales. Tell us when you want to interview, and when you need someone to start.
Collaboration – We like feedback. Without feedback, we don’t know what we can improve. We will ask you for constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process, and we’ll tell you where there may be barriers to finding the right people. We’ll also provide suggestions of how we can overcome these. Recruitment is our business after all.
